Pengaruh Konseling Gizi Terhadap Pengetahuan, Sikap, Kepatuhan Diet dan Kadar Glukosa Darah Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II di Ruang Rawat Inap Penyakit Dalam BLUD RSU Ulin Banjarmasin

Abstract
Number of patients with Diabetes mellitus globally continues to increase every year. Nutritional counseling is one method of individualized health education undertaken to assist clients in dealing with the problem by helping to improve the knowledge and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutritional counseling on knowledge, attitude, dietary compliance and blood glucose levels in type II diabetic patients in the inpatient hospital Ulin Banjarmasin. The research method that uses design praeksprimen One Group Pretest Posttest. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus type II dispace disease in the inpatient hospital Ulin Banjarmasin with tottal sampling technique sampling as many as 16 respondents. The result to do wilcoxon test with α = 0,05 showed no influence of nutritional counseling on knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.001), and dietary compliance (p = 0.007) patients with diabetes mellitus type II the room is inpatient hospital Ulin Banjarmasin. And there is no influence of nutritional counseling on fasting glucose levels (p = 0.133) and blood glucose levels 2 hours post prandial (0.79) Type II diabetic patients the room is inpatient hospital Ulin Banjarmasin. With p> (α = 0.05). Expected that patients can improve their knowledge, attitude and compliance to dietary DM given the hospital so the GDP and 2jPP back to normal.
