Health paradigm implemented through a number of activities one of which is the prevention of disease. TT immunization to prevent tetanus Neonatorum (TN) is an acute disease, is vital due to the production of the bacteria Clostridium tetani exotoxin Tetanus Neonatorum. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge and motivation with tetanus toxoid immunization completeness of the newlyweds in the working area Mantewe Health Center in 2012. This research uses analytic survey with cross sectional approach. Population and samples in this study were all newlyweds who visit for TT immunization In February-March 2012 in the work area as much as 34 health centers Mantewe respondents. Sampling in this study was carried out in total population. Based on the results obtained field work most respondents are knowled geable either, totaling 26 people (76%), positive motivation which totaled 25 people (73%), the completeness of complete immunization is numbered 24 people (70%), there is a correlation between the level of knowledge of the completeness of immunization tetanus toxoid at newlyweds and there is a relationship between motivation and completeness tetanus toxoid immunization on newlyweds in the working area Puskesmas Mantewe in 2012. Suggestions of respondents expected to further enhance their knowledge in order to remember the importance of TT immunization and is expected also to conduct re TT immunization.
