Mother Knowledge of family self-conscious in general nutrition-related behaviors to implement Kadarzi indicators in daily life. Mapping results of Kadarzi in the village of River Karias in 2010 there were 85,95 % of families who have children under five Kadarzi and as much as 51,09 % found 25,53 % of PEM children, while families are not as much as 14,02 % and Kadarzi who have young children 26,7 % were found 25 % of the PEM toddlers.This study aims to determine the correlation of knowledge and application of indicators Kadarziwith Toddler Nutritional status in the village of River Middle Amuntai Karias district Upper North River District. Quantitative Inferential type of research by using a design approach Observasional Cross Sectional. Dependent Variable : The nutritional status of children 0-60 months and the independent variable : is Knowledge and application of Kadarzi indicators. The subjects of this study mothers of children 0-60 months with a sample of 60 respondents. Statistical analysis used chi-square test. The results obtained have a real correlation between maternal knowledge and attitudes of mother to apply indicator Kadarzi with status of childhood Nutrition at the River Village Health Center Karias region. The higher the level of maternal knowledge about Kadarzi indicator, the larger the likelihood of a family to apply all the indicators Kadarzi and ultimately will improve the nutritional status of children.
